Monthly Rate - $9.99 Discounts are applied to the monthly fee if additional months are purchased at time of posting or renewal. Monthly fees are as follows: 1 month = $9.99 2 months = $15.99 (20% savings) 3 months = $20.99 (30% savings) 6 months = $35.99 (40% savings) 1 year = $59.99 (50% savings) I Need Housing will help post the rental unit to ineedhousing.com. The owner or rental manager proofs the listing before it goes live. The setup fee is a one time fee even if the rental is inactivated and later reactivated. Managers can login to mark the unit as full activate and deactivate the rental update apartment information (Note: Monthly fees do not include the set up fee.)
